Turtle Creek is a heavily wooded, traditional Old Florida style golf course. The course is located in a natural setting, featuring streams and lakes coming into play on a number of holes. The narrow fairways force accurate shots from off the tee boxes. The driving range is an aqua-range.

Watch out for # 18, a 407 yard par-4 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole is # 3, a 164 yard par-3.

Will play again. Pace of play was terrible... waited on every hole. We played as a twosome with a twosome ahead of us. Do not understand why the starters don't make foursomes at the beginning of the round. If next time is this same pace of play, would not recommend this course. .
